It's the beginning of the week and what you need is the proper cock exercise to get your bIood pumping. You'll follow my instructions, starting off slow with 20 second strokes, 5 reps, at regular pace. We will then move our way up to 30 second stroking, 3 reps, fast pace until we go full blast, working our way to an intense release!
